Go to Developer Options on your Android device and enable "Wireless debugging". Note down the IP address and port shown.
Download and run Android DEX on your Windows, macOS, or Linux computer. The app will start the local server automatically.
Enter your phone's IP address in the app or select it from the discovered devices list. Click "Start DEX" to begin.
